Returns, Replacements & Refunds Sheet Music - All sales of sheet music are final. However, we will replace any music you purchased from us that was lost or damaged in shipping. Return damaged sheet music to:
No additional shipping charges will apply. Damaged sheet music must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Sound Files – All sales of sound files are final. However, any active sound file that has become corrupted will be replaced at no cost. We will not substitute. Send an e-mail describing the problem to us and a replacement sound file will be sent. You must include the customer/shopper ID from your purchase receipt. The replacement sound file will be sent to the e-mail address indicated on your purchase order. To send us the email, click here.
